At TEEW0UGE, every piece is crafted with care, attitude, and premium quality so you can wear your confidence. We want you to love what you receive. To keep things clear and simple, here’s our Refund & Return Policy:


1. Prepaid Orders Only

  • All orders placed on teewouge.shop are 100% prepaid.

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at the moment.


2. Once Dispatched, No Refunds

  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, we are unable to cancel or refund it.

  • Please make sure your shipping address, contact number, and details are correct before checkout to avoid any delivery issues.


3. Non-Delivery of Orders

  • If you fail to receive your order due to:

    • Incorrect shipping address

    • Unavailability at the time of delivery

    • Failure to accept the parcel
      → The order amount will not be refunded.

  • You may place a new order again, and extra delivery charges will apply.


4. Damaged / Wrong Product Cases

We pack every product with care, but if you ever receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A wrong product different from your order

After verification, we’ll arrange an exchange or replacement. Refunds are only applicable in rare cases where replacement is not possible.


5. No Returns for Size / Preference

  • Since our T-shirts are limited-edition drops, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

    • Size issues

    • Color preference

    • Change of mind

We strongly recommend checking the size chart before placing your order.


6. Paid Partnerships / Influencer Orders

  • Orders placed under influencer collaborations, barter deals, or sponsorships are non-refundable and follow the same dispatch policy.

Simple Rule: Once it leaves us, it’s yours. If it doesn’t reach you due to our mistake, we’ll fix it. If it doesn’t reach you due to incorrect info or refusal, no refunds—just reorder with extra delivery charges.
